Repair and Return

What we will do:
   - provide report of inspection and completed head
   - clean and inspect entire unit, including bearings
   - test fuel pump for pressure and stability
   - test blower motor for rpm and amp draw
   - replace fuel nozzle
   - identify any other parts needed; quote replacements

Included: customer MUST determine fuel filter needed so we can include in shipment.(See below)

Cost for inspection and report is $100. Labor will be defined by time needed for rebuild.

Some head assemblies include fuel pre-heater or diode line. This will be an added cost for testing/replacement.

Parts costs are Aqua-Hot retail prices.

Advanced Replacement

What we will do:
   - was rebuilt with "Repair and Replacement" procedures above
   - provide report of advanced completed head

Included: customer MUST determine fuel filter needed so we can include in shipment.(See below)

Some head assemblies include fuel pre-heater or diode line. This will be an added cost for testing/replacement.

Parts costs are Aqua-Hot retail prices.

Control Box Testing

What we will do:
   - provide report of inspection and completed Box
Cost is $50

Warranty, Shipping & Billing

Warranty: 6 months from date of shipment-warranty replacement upon receipt of unit. Causation to be determined

We bill EXACT shipping charges +$10.

Credit Card information required PRIOR to shipping

Core credit minus EXPENSES will be credited two working days after head returned for testing and inspection.

EXPENSES: damaged, missing or parts that normally do not wear out or break. Availability based on current stock levels, I usually have two 2010 completed heads in stock at any time.
